This qualification reflects the role of individuals with substantial experience in a range of settings who are seeking to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions. This qualification is also suited to the needs of individuals with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.
Participants must be aged 18 or above
Provide an Australian Year 12 certificate
Successful completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Certificate (AQF) IV or higher (where the language of instruction is English)
Successful completion at above Exit Level 3 of the literacy and numeracy assessment using the LLN Robot (The Learning Resources Group) in both reading and numeracy
Completion of The Health Arts College “Assessment of Prior Skills & Knowledge” assessment.
There are no pre-requisites for this qualification.

The assessment process includes the gathering of evidence to demonstrate the student’s competence. Students are assessed using written questions practical demonstrations, case studies and project.
THA offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer to students through the enrolment process.
At the successful completion of the course students will be awarded with the "Testamur" and a "Record of Results" which provides detailed Units of Competency completed in the course.
At the Partial Completion of the course students will be awarded with a "Statement of Attainment" which will detail only the Units of Competency that student has achieved competency from the course.
